ABOUT ME

Hi, nice to meet you.

First of all, congratulations on making a decision to ask for help; that's a step many people aren't able to take.

 

Choosing a therapist can be difficult, and I want to make sure that I'm the best fit for you.

Educational Background

I received my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of the West, a small school informed by Buddhist values. The way I practice depends entirely on what you need from me.

 

My Approach
Everyone struggles in different ways and thus, my approach to therapy is flexible. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, or you just want to function more optimally in your life, I can help. I believe every person possesses the knowledge and the power to take charge their own lives; sometimes, we get stuck and need a little help. I can help you get unstuck.

  • Couples- Communication breakdowns, loss of intimacy, infidelity, sexual issues, or just a feeling of disconnection. I can help you get back on track and reconnect with your partner.

  • LGBT Community- As a member of the community, I intimately understand the unique issues facing LBGTQIA individuals.

  • BDSM Community- I can provide for you a safe and judgement free space to explore yourself and your struggles.
